Deposits and withdrawals
Follow each transfer in your account.
Open your account to review deposit instructions, available funds and withdrawal requests. The direct funding flow uses USDC on Ethereum; each operation has its own amount and status.
Deposits
From instructions to a recorded credit
- 01Open Deposit in your account
Select USDC and Ethereum, then enter an amount. Read the receiving address and exact amount issued for your account before continuing.
- 02Copy the address and exact amount
The QR code carries the address. Select the asset and network and enter the exact amount separately in your wallet or exchange. Check whether the sending service deducts a fee from the received amount.
- 03Follow the transfer status
Pay does not send a transfer from your wallet. It checks the instructions and current status. A submitted transfer can still be waiting for confirmation; use the credited record and updated balance to confirm that it reached your account.
Check available funds, deposit instructions and movement history after signing in.
Withdrawals and checks
Know what the status means
How do I request a withdrawal?
Open Withdraw in your account, check the available amount and complete the wallet checks shown there. Review the destination and amount before confirming. A withdrawal request is not a completed payment; follow its status in your movement history.
Can I use another network or payment method?
USDC exists on more than one network. Use Ethereum for the direct flow described here, and follow the instructions shown for any other method in your account. A listed option does not mean a receiving address has been issued.
Why is the transfer still waiting?
Sending a transfer and crediting your account are separate steps. Network confirmation and account processing can take time. Reopen the existing operation and check its status before sending again.
Where do I check charges and limits?
Read the amount, available funds and any applicable conditions in the account form. Your wallet or exchange may apply separate charges. Review the Fees and funding guide before continuing.
