Use Recover password from the sign-in page. Enter the recovery code and choose a new password through the recovery form.
Sign out when you finish
Use Log out before leaving a shared device. If your session ends, sign in again to continue to your selected account page.

Open Trade-win from a trusted bookmark. Check the address before entering a password or following a recovery link.

Follow the rules shown beside the password field. A password manager can help you create and remember a password you do not use elsewhere.

Use Assets for balances and movements, Statistics for completed trading activity and Profile for account details. Check the recorded status before repeating an uncertain action.

Keep payment instructions in view
Read the asset, network, amount and destination in your account before a transfer. An email or support message does not replace those instructions.
