1. Scope of this notice

This notice explains the personal-information considerations associated with browsing Trade-win, accessing an account and using available features. The information involved depends on the service you use. Reading public market pages is different from signing in, submitting verification material or making a financial instruction.

The responsible operator, its contact details and any service-specific privacy information must be identified with the service that collects your information. This notice does not designate an unnamed financial institution or extend permission to unrelated future uses of your data.

2. Information associated with service use

Depending on the enabled feature and your choices, relevant information can include:

  • Account and contact information supplied during registration or account management.
  • Authentication identifiers, session activity and security or recovery records.
  • Device, browser and connection information needed to deliver and protect the website.
  • Order, position, balance and transfer records associated with account activity.
  • Correspondence and supporting information you choose to provide through an available support channel.
  • Verification information only when requested through a designated verification service.

Provide only the information needed for the requested service. Do not put passwords, one-time codes or recovery secrets into support messages or explanation requests.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

Information necessary for an enabled service may be used to provide account access, maintain records, protect sessions, investigate errors and respond to requests. Where legal obligations apply to a specific service, the associated processing must be explained in that service’s privacy information.

Contract necessity, legal obligation, legitimate interests and consent are different legal grounds. The applicable ground depends on the purpose and jurisdiction. Optional marketing or non-essential tracking requires the applicable choice; providing account information is not a blanket consent to every additional purpose.

4. Identity verification and sensitive information

If a service requests identity documents or face images, review the collection notice before proceeding. It should explain the responsible provider, purpose, information requested, retention and available review route. A photograph and a biometric identification record are different kinds of information.

Use the designated secure route for verification material. Public document pages do not collect identity documents. Do not send identification or payment-card information through an unverified email, social account or public comment. Access to sensitive material should be limited to authorized personnel who need it for the stated purpose.

5. Cookies and local storage

Website storage can serve different purposes, including maintaining access, protecting requests and remembering preferences. A cookie, browser storage entry and server-side account record are different mechanisms. Clearing browser storage does not necessarily remove information from an account record.

Use the controls provided for optional storage where applicable. You can also review your browser’s storage settings; blocking necessary storage may affect account access or saved preferences. This notice does not treat advertising or optional analytics as necessary merely because they are technically possible.

6. Providers, recipients and international processing

Information may need to pass to a provider involved in delivering the feature you request, such as hosting, authentication or a separately enabled verification service. The relevant service information should identify those roles. A public market-data source does not automatically need access to your private account information.

Disclosure for legal requests or dispute resolution must be limited to the applicable purpose and authority. Where cross-border processing requires a safeguard, the responsible operator must explain the mechanism that applies. A provider’s international presence alone does not establish compliance with transfer requirements.

7. Automated features and explanations

An automated explanation can process the information included in your request and the context supplied by the enabled feature. Check any accompanying information about external recipients and retention before sending sensitive material. An explanation request is separate from a financial instruction.

Where automated assessment materially affects eligibility or access, the service-specific notice must explain its role and any review rights that apply. This notice does not authorize use of private account information for unrelated model training or promise a human-review process that has not been provided.

8. Retention and deletion

Retention depends on the purpose, account relationship, applicable obligations and any unresolved dispute. Account closure, session expiration and deletion of personal information are separate events. Some records may need to remain available to reconcile activity or meet a legal duty.

A deletion request should identify the information or account concerned without including unnecessary sensitive material. The response should explain any information that must be retained and the basis for retaining it. No single retention period is asserted for every data category or jurisdiction by this notice.

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion or restriction, object to certain processing and receive eligible information in a portable form. Consent can be withdrawn for future processing where consent is the applicable ground.

Use the privacy contact provided with the relevant service, or consult Contact for the available route. A request may require a proportionate identity check to protect another person’s information. The response should explain the applicable outcome and any restriction. You retain any right to contact the competent privacy authority.

10. Security and third-party links

Protect the email account and sign-in methods you use with Trade-win. Check the destination before following a link and do not disclose recovery secrets to someone claiming to provide support. No internet service can promise that every communication or device is free from security risk.

Other websites and services may have separate privacy practices. Read their notices before submitting information. A link from Trade-win does not merge those practices with this notice or grant an external service unrestricted access to your account.

11. Updates and questions

The revision date identifies this notice’s current website text. A materially different processing purpose requires the information and choice applicable to that change. An updated notice does not convert previously optional processing into a compulsory requirement without an appropriate basis.

For product guidance, consult Help. For a privacy question or complaint, locate the available contact route and describe the issue, information concerned and requested outcome. Do not include credentials or unnecessary copies of identity documents.
