1. Scope and related documents

These Terms explain the rules for accessing the Trade-win website and using services made available through your account. Read them together with the Privacy notice, Risk disclosure and Complaints policy. Product-specific conditions identify the instrument, eligible users, applicable charges and the service provider responsible for that product.

Public information does not by itself create a brokerage relationship, authorize a financial transaction or grant ownership of an asset. A financial service requires the separate account agreement and conditions supplied for that service. Those conditions must identify the contracting operator and any applicable jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence over a conflicting provision.

2. Eligibility and account information

Account services are intended for adults with the legal capacity to use them. Access to a particular product may depend on residence, verification, customer classification and local restrictions. Do not misrepresent your identity, residence or authority, or use another person’s account to avoid an access restriction.

Provide accurate information when registering and keep material account details current. Where an enabled service requires verification, use the designated verification process and read the accompanying information before submitting documents. Registration, a completed application and permission to use a particular financial product are separate steps.

3. Account access and security

Protect your password, email account and any recovery methods. Use only the sign-in and recovery routes provided by Trade-win. Do not share passwords, one-time codes, private keys or recovery phrases with anyone claiming to represent the service.

Review account activity regularly. If you suspect unauthorized access, stop sharing information with the suspected party, secure your email and use the available recovery and support routes. A support message does not itself cancel a transaction or change an open position. Check the recorded status of any affected activity.

4. Market information and educational content

The market catalog groups instruments into Forex, Crypto, Index, Stocks, Metals and Commodity. Instrument names identify market references; the actual contract determines whether the product is a currency exposure, derivative or underlying asset. A category label does not establish delivery, ownership, voting rights or eligibility.

Prices and charts can be delayed, retained from an earlier observation, incomplete or unavailable. Check the units, period and data availability before relying on a figure. Guides and automated explanations provide general information rather than personal investment advice. You remain responsible for deciding whether an enabled product meets your objectives and risk tolerance.

5. Orders and transaction status

Before submitting an instruction, review the instrument, direction, size, currency, leverage, order conditions and applicable costs. Use the quantity unit shown by the order form; a currency amount, number of units and contract count are not interchangeable.

An entered instruction, a received request and a completed transaction are different states. Where order submission is enabled, rely on the recorded order result rather than a button animation or estimated calculation. Orders may be rejected or remain pending under the applicable product conditions. If a connection is interrupted, check existing orders before sending another instruction.

An indicative chart price does not guarantee an execution price. Stop and take-profit instructions depend on the applicable trigger and execution rules. A cancellation or amendment can be ineffective after execution has occurred. Any specific price guarantee must be expressly included in the relevant product conditions.

6. Fees, financing and currency conversion

Review the applicable fee information before using a service. Costs can include a spread, commission, financing charge, currency conversion or a payment-provider charge where the product conditions provide for them. A missing published rate does not mean a service is free.

The calculation basis matters: fees may depend on transaction size, instrument, duration, currency or network conditions. An estimate can differ from the final recorded amount when a variable input changes. Check the account record and raise a discrepancy with the relevant transaction reference. You are responsible for assessing any tax obligations that apply to your circumstances.

7. Leverage, collateral and position management

Where an enabled product uses leverage, read its collateral and position rules before opening a position. Leverage increases exposure relative to the amount committed and can magnify losses. Available balance, committed margin, unrealized results and withdrawable funds may describe different amounts.

Changes in price or margin requirements can make a position subject to reduction or liquidation. Do not rely on a warning arriving in time to add funds or close a position. Any negative-balance protection or maximum-loss arrangement must be stated in the specific account terms; it is not created by the appearance of a balance or leverage control.

8. Funding and withdrawals

Use only the funding instructions provided for your account and the supported method. For a digital-asset transfer, check the asset, network, destination, amount and any required memo. A supported token name does not mean that every network is supported.

Transfer submission, network confirmation, account receipt and availability for trading or withdrawal are separate events. Review the operation status and any required action. Payment destinations, processing periods, fees and limits come from the account instruction, not a public guide. Do not send funds solely on the basis of an address in an unsolicited message.

9. Acceptable use and content rights

Do not attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another user, interfere with service availability, introduce harmful software, manipulate markets or use the service for unlawful activity. Do not bypass access restrictions or distribute account data that you are not entitled to disclose.

Trade-win content and third-party market materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Public access does not grant an unrestricted right to redistribute data or copy branded content. Any permitted automated access must comply with the documented interface, access conditions and resource limits.

10. Records, errors and interruptions

Review orders, positions, balances and financial history after an action. Report a discrepancy with the instrument or operation reference, time and a clear description of the difference. An estimated interface value should not be treated as a final settlement record.

Network failures, market closures, maintenance and third-party interruptions can affect access or data. A page that has stopped updating does not prove that an order was cancelled or a position was closed. Preserve relevant records and verify the existing status before repeating an action. An interruption does not remove rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Suspension and account closure

Access may be restricted where necessary to address an account-security concern, eligibility restriction, legal obligation or material misuse. The reason, affected services and available review route should be communicated where permitted. A security restriction does not by itself establish that a disputed action was authorized.

Account closure and deletion of personal information are separate requests. Open positions, pending transfers, unresolved claims and any lawful retention duties must be considered under the applicable account conditions. Before requesting closure, review the records you need to retain and any outstanding operations.

12. Responsibility and third-party services

Use the service with care and seek independent advice when you do not understand a product or its consequences. No educational material promises a return or eliminates market risk. Links to other websites are provided for navigation; their services and privacy practices are governed by their own terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a duty, remedy or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. The responsibilities of an execution, custody or payment provider depend on the agreement for the service actually used. No insurance, compensation scheme or regulatory permission should be inferred from the Trade-win brand.

13. Changes, questions and disputes

The revision date identifies the text on this website. Changes to an account agreement follow the notice and acceptance requirements applicable to that agreement. A revised website page does not silently change a previously accepted transaction or remove an existing claim.

Use Help for product guidance and Contact to locate the available support route. Complaints are addressed under the Complaints policy. The competent authority, governing law and any external dispute process depend on the contracting operator, product and your location. This document does not impose a compulsory arbitration scheme or waive mandatory rights.
