Protect your account access
Use a unique password and follow the rules shown beside the field. A password manager can help you create and remember it. Keep verification and recovery codes private, even when someone claims to be helping you.
Check where you enter information
- Open Trade-win from a trusted bookmark and check the website address.
- Enter your password and codes only on the account forms.
- Do not include passwords, recovery links or identity documents in an ordinary support message.
- Use Log out before leaving a shared device.
Recover through the sign-in page
Choose Recover password, request an email code and follow the recovery form. If your session has ended, sign in again. Your selected account destination is kept when you use the account-entry links.
Review activity before repeating an action
Use Assets for balances and movements and Statistics for completed trading activity. If an action's result is uncertain, check its status before submitting it again.
