Create and verify your account
Open Create an account, enter your email and choose a password that meets the rules beside the field. Enter the six-digit code from the latest verification email. If the code expires, request a new one and use the newest message.
Sign in and return to your work
Use your verified email and password. When you arrive from an instrument page, the account-entry link keeps that instrument and chart interval selected. Confirm the symbol again after the workspace opens.
If your session ends, return to Log in. Never enter your password or email code in a support message.
Recover a forgotten password
Choose Recover password from Log in, enter your email and request a recovery code. Follow the recovery form to enter the code and choose a new password. The request response does not disclose whether an email belongs to an account.
If a code is invalid or expired, request a new code rather than reusing the earlier message.
Choose the page you need
- Use the workspace to review the market, order controls and open positions.
- Use Assets for balances and account movements.
- Use Statistics for completed trading activity, and Profile for account details.
