1. Know where each record belongs
Sign in to review your own account. Assets brings balances, account movements and open positions together. Statistics provides completed trading activity. Profile holds account details. Use these pages for account records rather than trying to infer a balance or completed operation from a public market quotation.
When you enter from an instrument page, account access keeps your selected trading destination. The workspace is for reviewing the market, preparing an order and following positions. Return to the account pages when you need to inspect the recorded result or a funding movement.
2. Distinguish balance from available funds
A balance, funds available for trading and funds available for withdrawal describe different quantities. Open positions and pending withdrawal requests can affect what is available. Use the amount shown for the action you are considering rather than subtracting figures yourself or treating the headline balance as a payout amount.
An unavailable amount is not a zero balance. If the page cannot update, reopen the relevant account view and check its status before acting. A public price change does not by itself confirm that your account balance or available funds have changed.
3. Separate positions from completed activity
Open positions describe current exposure. Read the instrument, direction, position size and current result together. Protection settings belong to the selected position; review them against that position rather than treating a chart label as confirmation that protection is attached.
Completed activity belongs in Statistics. Check the instrument, time and recorded result there when reviewing a closed position. A daily market percentage and your position return are different measures. Entry price, direction, leverage and costs all affect how a position result is read.
4. Follow a deposit or withdrawal through its stages
A deposit instruction is not a received transfer. For USDC on Ethereum, use the issued address and exact amount in your account. Pay checks the operation status; it does not send funds from your wallet. A found transfer can still be waiting for confirmation before crediting.
A withdrawal request is also distinct from a completed payment. Review the destination and available amount, complete the wallet checks shown in the account and follow the operation in movement history. Request received, under review and payment confirmed describe different stages, not interchangeable outcomes.
5. Check an uncertain result before repeating it
If a page stops or your connection drops during an action, do not infer success or failure from that interruption alone. Reopen the account page and find the operation or position record. Check its latest status before you repeat the action, particularly for an order, deposit or withdrawal.
- Use Assets for the current balance, available funds and movement status rather than a public quotation.
- Use Statistics to review completed trading activity and the recorded result of a closed position.
- Keep credentials private, preserve non-sensitive operation references and check the existing record before retrying.
