Check costs before an order
Review the selected product, order amount and leverage. Check any commission, spread, funding or conversion terms shown for that operation. A displayed market price alone does not tell you the total cost.
- Check whether an amount is a price, position quantity or account value.
- Keep the quotation currency and account currency distinct.
- Review the applicable conditions again if you change the instrument or payment method.
Use the exact deposit instruction
For the direct deposit flow, select USDC on Ethereum in your account. Enter an amount and copy the issued receiving address and exact amount. The QR code contains the address; choose the asset and network and enter the amount separately in your sending app.
Check any fee deducted by your wallet or exchange so that the received amount matches the account instruction. Pay checks the operation status; it does not send the transfer from your wallet.
Separate sending from crediting
A transfer can be found while it still awaits confirmation. Check movement history and the credited record before treating the amount as available funds. If an update fails, reopen the existing operation before sending again.
Review a withdrawal request
Open Withdraw and use the available amount shown in your account. Complete the wallet checks and review the destination. Request received, under review and payment confirmed are different stages; a request acknowledgement is not proof of payment.
